For me, the most important aspect to implement when it comes to training is how balanced and good your food is. It is also a crucial aspect of your performance to recognise your mistakes and fix them. Therefore I am helping my clients to achieve their goals with healthy and balanced programs which help to fix many mistakes which are made especially at weightlifting or training with high intensity.
